Rothman Orthopaedics is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to manage all incoming calls from a remote location. You will triage requests, create patient records, and coordinate messages or appointments to meet patient needs with professionalism and efficiency.

The role requires high-volume call center experience, strong communication, and reliable internet. Applicants must reside within 50 miles of 265 E Rollins St suite 11100, Orlando, FL 32804, with on-site pickup possible when required;

Qualifications

• High-volume call center experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Reliable internet access and Wi-Fi required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Create patient records and triage calls.
• Send messages or schedule appointments as needed.
• Escalate calls to supervision when necessary.
• Adhere to policies and scripts to meet call-time and quality targets.
