Providence is seeking a Care Access Liaison to provide patient-centered access within our health network. You will guide patients, connect them to physicians and services, and help them navigate appointments and health resources from a remote/telework setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• 2 years experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone.
• 1 year technical support experience (preferred).
