Simprints, a nonprofit tech company, seeks a Partnerships Operations Manager to strengthen the operating engine behind growth. You will support the Partnerships team to identify, qualify, and progress high‑value opportunities while improving systems, data, and automation that underpin revenue generation.

You will sit at the intersection of sales operations, market intelligence, AI‑enabled automation, and proposal development.

Competenze

• Must have experience in sales operations, growth operations, fundraising operations, business development operations, specifically in a mission‑driven, technology, global health, or international development context.
• Strong systems and process skills, including experience managing CRMs, pipelines, dashboards, spreadsheets, trackers, or workflow tools.
• Confidence using AI and automation tools to improve team efficiency, reduce manual work, and create scalable processes.
• Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex market or funder information into clear recommendations.
• Strong written communication and project coordination skills, including the ability to support proposals, support and produce presentations, funder briefs, internal decision documents, and cross‑team deadlines.

Mansioni

• Manage and improve Partnerships systems and pipeline operations; revamp CRM engine, hygiene, data, dashboards, and revenue forecasting.
• Build AI‑enabled automation for growth and fundraising workflows; donor research, proposal content development, and pipeline reporting.
• Scout and qualify new opportunities; monitor grants, RFPs, funder calls, and strategic partnerships.
• Support grant applications and proposal development; coordinate timelines, inputs, compliance checks, and materials.
• Strengthen market, funder, and partner intelligence; produce briefs, summaries, snapshots, maps, and go/no‑go recommendations.
