Tiny Health is seeking a proactive Partnerships Manager to scale our B2B partnerships engine. You will generate and qualify leads, support deal cycles from discovery to close, and build scalable systems across the partnerships function.

Your work will involve cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Science to drive revenue and build repeatable playbooks. We value curiosity in a science-forward environment and offer a remote-first, North America-focused team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in partnerships, consulting, business development, sales, or strategic growth roles.
• Proven ability to source leads, run outbound efforts, and drive deals forward.
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal), including comfort presenting to external partners.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through; able to manage multiple deals at once.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads; manage inbound leads with fast follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Support and run partner conversations from intro to close, including discovery and negotiation.
• Create data-driven partnership decks and deliver presentations to partners.
