Job summary

360 Legal is hiring a Partnership Growth Manager to source, close, and activate partnerships across Beacon Nonprofit and SnapMailbox. You will own onboarding, activation planning, and ongoing performance management to drive revenue across a growing portfolio.

You will manage a structured pipeline, forecast effectively, and coordinate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure launches succeed and partnerships scale with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles.
• Proven ability to prospect, close, and activate partnerships.
• Experience managing a structured pipeline with clear stages, forecasting, and follow-through.
• Comfort owning execution against a defined strategy with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong communication and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new partnerships and manage conversations through deal execution.
• Launch and activate partnerships with onboarding and messaging tools.
• Manage and grow active partnerships with regular performance reviews.
• Drive accountability with weekly pipeline reporting and insights for optimization.
