Job summary

YouthBuild Global seeks a Manager to steward partnerships in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing, and to supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate. This role supports program design, data tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration across the YouthBuild network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum three years in partnership management, employer engagement, workforce development, or similar.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and CSR programs is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics sector is desired.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program design with partnerships.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and guide partner relationships across industries.
• Travel up to 25% of the time to industry events and partner meetings.
• Develop tools, guides, and materials for partnership initiatives and fundraising.
