Job summary

Step, a remote‑first fintech backed by Beast Industries, seeks a performance marketing leader to own our affiliate and partner programs end‑to‑end. You will recruit and onboard partners, manage commissions, and scale both affiliate networks and direct partnerships with publishers, creators, and brands.

You will own contract processes, invoicing, budget management, and the tracking infrastructure to ensure clean data and accurate attribution.

Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate or partner programs at a consumer app, fintech, or growth startup.
• Hands-on with Impact or similar affiliate networks and tracking configurations.
• Proven success building direct partnerships from scratch through contracts.
• Comfort with program financials: budgets, invoices, and payouts.

Responsibilities

• Own Step's affiliate program on Impact and networks; optimize commissions and placements.
• Lead creator affiliate program and negotiate terms with partners.
• Manage direct partnerships outside networks from outreach to ongoing management.
• Develop presence in new distribution channels including AI-driven surfaces.
• Oversee invoicing, budgeting, payouts, and spend tracking for the program.
• Ensure tracking accuracy, QA, and resolve attribution issues across partners.
• Lead asset development, brand/compliance reviews, and FTC considerations.
• Report program performance with actionable insights to growth teams.
