Job summary

YouthBuild Global seeks a Manager to steward manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and warehousing partnerships, supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate, and coordinate cross‑functional engagement across the global YouthBuild network.

Working with the Strategic Partnerships team, you will support partner engagement, affiliate program support, data tracking, career pathway implementation, and travel up to 25% with occasional visits to Roxbury, MA headquarters; most work is remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years' relevant experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Experience in partnership management, employer engagement, business development, workforce development.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations preferred; CSR partnerships helpful.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
• Strong collaboration across departments to achieve goals.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Launch and implement manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and warehousing partnerships; coordinate with departments and affiliates.
• Collaborate with affiliate staff; support meetings, engagement activities, data tracking, and technical assistance.
• Create and share tools and resources (guides, training materials, partner briefs, fundraising materials).
• Coordinate with network staff to support industry partnership implementation at affiliates.
• Maintain trackers and summarize results for internal/external use; review program/participant data and report impact.
• Facilitate industry sector training sessions on engaging employers and identifying credentials.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
