Acceleration Partners is hiring a Partnership Growth Manager for a remote, work-from-home role. You will support growth of strategic partnerships, join client calls, and manage the top 10 partners for your clients.

The role requires experience in business development and affiliate marketing, with a focus on driving revenue and optimizing publisher relationships. Candidates must reside in the United States and be prepared for occasional travel for client meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years business development or relevant work experience (including account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
• Experience working in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or business development with enterprise level clients.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
• B2B affiliate experience is a plus.
• Experience in business development and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; persuasive and detail-oriented.
• Proven success in fast-paced, goal‑oriented environments.
• Comfortable leading client‑facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Client Revenue: contribute to revenue goals through publisher optimization, paid placements, and reviews.
• Performance and Placement Trackers: keep relationship and placement trackers up to date.
• Subject Matter Expert in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships: provide expert guidance across client verticals.
