Job summary

ASU Prep Global Academy is seeking a Partnership Manager of Professional Learning to lead the full lifecycle of professional development for school and district partners, designing and delivering custom content, and driving renewal and revenue growth.

The role facilitates sessions in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings, collaborates across ASU Prep networks, and travels domestically and internationally to support partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply to professional development design and delivery.
• Knowledge of K-12 instructional frameworks and priorities including PLCs, MTSS/RTI, literacy, assessment, student engagement, and AI in education.
• Proficient knowledge of online, blended, and face-to-face instructional models and operations.
• Ability to create professional development proposals and scoping implementations of varied size and complexity.
• Strong consultative, relationship-building, and customer-service skills, with the ability to communicate customer needs and provide viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and partnership manager for partner professional learning, from post-sale handoff through delivery, evaluation, and renewal.
• Lead discovery conversations with partner leaders to identify professional learning needs, goals, audiences, and measures of success.
• Scope customized PD solutions, prepare proposals, agendas, and scopes of work in collaboration with the Partnership team.
• Plan, design, and coordinate PD implementation plans for each partner, including timelines and facilitator assignments.
• Collaborate with the Partnership team to propose ASU Prep Global products and services aligned to partner needs.
• Cultivate relationships with superintendents, principals, and instructional leaders to anticipate partner needs.
