Job summary

ASU Prep Global Academy seeks a Partnership Manager of Professional Learning to lead the full lifecycle of professional development for school and district partners, leaders, and educators.

This role designs and delivers customized PD, coordinates facilitators, analyzes outcomes, and drives satisfaction, renewal, and revenue growth across Arizona, the United States, and internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and delivering professional development for educators and leaders.
• 2+ years in client-facing roles or account management.
• Experience with international or culturally diverse partners preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% domestically and internationally.
• AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary partnership manager for professional learning from post-sale to renewal.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify PD needs, goals, audiences, and success measures.
• Scope customized PD solutions and prepare proposals and scopes of work.
• Plan PD implementation with timelines, facilitators, and communication plans.
• Collaborate with partners and ASU Prep teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
