Job summary

ASU Prep Global Academy seeks a Partnership Manager of Professional Learning to lead the full lifecycle of professional development for school and district partners, leaders, and educators. You will translate partner goals into customized, outcome-based PD and deliver sessions virtually, in hybrid formats, and in person across Arizona, the United States, and internationally.

You will design facilitator guides, coordinate PD delivery, and use data to drive satisfaction, renewal, and growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Learning Design, Educational Technology or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of K-12 education experience, including classroom teaching; online or blended K-12 experience strongly preferred.
• 3+ years designing and delivering professional development for educators and school leaders across topics.
• 2+ years in account management, client success, or partnership implementation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and partnership manager for partner professional learning, from post-sale handoff through delivery, evaluation, and renewal.
• Design customized, outcome-based professional learning experiences aligned to partner goals.
• Facilitate PD sessions virtually, in hybrid and in-person settings for audiences nationally and internationally.
• Coordinate scheduling, registration, travel, and logistics for partnership PD in line with policies.
• Monitor outcomes, renewals, and revenue growth and support cross-team collaboration.
