Job summary

ASU Prep Global Academy seeks a Partnership Manager of Professional Learning to lead the full lifecycle of professional development for school and district partners, leaders, and educators. You will translate partner goals into outcome-based PD, design and deliver content, and drive renewal and revenue growth across domestic and international contexts.

To succeed, you should have 5+ years in K–12 education, 3+ years in designing PD for educators, and 2+ years in client-facing roles, with travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of K–12 education experience, including classroom teaching.
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering professional development for educators and school leaders.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or partnership implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and partnership manager for partner professional learning from post-sale to renewal.
• Lead discovery conversations with partner leaders to identify PD needs and measures of success.
• Scope customized PD solutions and prepare proposals and scopes of work.
• Plan and coordinate PD implementation plans with timelines and facilitator assignments.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution of partner needs.
