Job summary

ASU Prep Global Academy is seeking a Partnership Manager of Professional Learning to own the full lifecycle of partner PD for school and district clients, leaders, and educators. The role includes discovery with partners, custom content design, delivery in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings, and ongoing renewal and growth across the U.S.

and internationally. Responsibilities include coordinating PD operations, developing resources, tracking outcomes in Salesforce, and collaborating with ASU

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and delivering professional development for educators and leaders.
• 2+ years in account management, client success, or related role.
• Experience with international or culturally diverse partners.
• Willingness to travel ~20–25% domestically and internationally.
• Possess an AZ DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Any equivalent combination of experience or education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PD contact from post-sale handoff through delivery, evaluation, and renewal.
• Lead discovery conversations with partner leaders to identify PD needs and measures of success.
• Scope customized PD solutions and prepare proposals, agendas, and scoping docs.
• Design and coordinate PD implementation plans with timelines and facilitator assignments.
• Develop facilitator guides, slide decks, and digital resources for PD offerings.
• Maintain partner PD records in Salesforce and report outcomes and satisfaction.
• Support renewal and expansion by evaluating PD data and identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with ASU Prep network teams to keep content current and high quality.
