Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy seeks a experienced professional to lead the full lifecycle of professional learning for its school and district partners. You will be the primary contact for partners across Arizona, the United States, and internationally, designing and delivering customized, outcome-based PD in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings.

You will manage partner accounts and drive renewal and revenue growth through data and satisfaction, coordinating facilitators, operations, and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; 5+ years K-12 experience and 3+ years designing professional learning.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency with Salesforce and Canvas.
• Ability to travel 20-25% and pass a fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of professional learning for ASU Prep Global's school and district partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners across Arizona, the U.S., and internationally.
• Design and deliver customized, outcome-based professional development in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings.
• Manage partner accounts, drive renewal and revenue growth through data and satisfaction.
• Coordinate facilitators, operations, and logistics for all partnership PD.
