Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment in delivering programs. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-scope project delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, remote role offers a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or knowledge of PMI principles preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and external customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and timely responses to questions and requests.
• Act as point-of-contact to customers and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution.
• Manage project life cycle from initiation to close.
• Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules and documentation.
