Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a project management role.
PMP certification or PMI principles preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace.
Significant experience with customer service and project management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency with MS Office applications and project tools.
Some travel required.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and customers.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact to customers and cross‑functional teams.
Manage projects through initiate, plan, execute, control, close.
Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
Identify risks, scope changes and cost variances, and mitigate them.
Prepare internal/external reports on program status and risks.
Support new business initiatives including writing statements of work.
Monitor budget/margin and pursue cost reduction while maintaining quality.
