Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment and ensure successful delivery of programs. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure satisfaction and on-time results across multiple projects.

You will drive project execution through initiation, planning, execution, control, and close, monitor scope, schedule, and costs, and prepare status reports. Travel may be required. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or PMI principles understanding (Preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and external customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and timely responses to questions and requests.
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to close, including plans and documentation.
• Monitor scope, schedule, costs, risks, and changes; report status to stakeholders.
• Support SOWs, contracts, and financial reviews to maintain budget and margin.
