Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment programs. You will coordinate customers, vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires PMI awareness, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position offers remote work with occasional travel, a full-time schedule, and a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, control, close.
• Maintain the PM plan, requirements, schedule, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify risks and changes; promote process improvements.
• Prepare status reports on program risks and progress.
• Support SOWs, contracts, and change requests.
• Travel as required.
