This full-time, remote-capable role requires 3:30 PM–12 AM, Monday to Friday, with minimal in-office attendance for training and monthly all-staff meetings.

Candidates should live within a reasonable driving distance to the office in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience with a minimum high school diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively listening to partner needs and responding with empathy and clarity.
• Responding to inbound telephone inquiries.
• Maintaining partner records and updating account information.
• Processing orders and donations in the system.
• Participating in remote and occasional in-office training and meetings.
