Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to partner needs and respond with excellence.
• Respond to inbound telephone inquiries.
• Maintain partner records by updating account information.
• Process orders, donations, and miscellaneous requests in the system.
• Pray with individuals.
• Participate in training and team meetings both remotely and in office.
• Attend coaching sessions and team-building activities.
• Stay up to date with ministry products and resources.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.
