Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to manage and grow key SMB partner relationships across the United States. This remote role emphasizes building networks with tech partners, HCM professionals, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors to accelerate growth.

You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues and implement go-to-market strategies. Travel up to 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining relationships with tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMBs.
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Highly motivated individual contributor who can operate independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors.
• Create and build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues by coordinating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to run initiatives like events, emails, webinars.
• Work with partners to set business goals and metrics to drive go-to-market and demand generation.
