Job summary

Turning Point HCM, a fractional HR firm, seeks a Partner Experience Expert to manage high-volume partner relationships, schedule and log meetings, and drive referrals. This part-time, remote role offers flexible 15-20 hours per week and compensation up to $40 per hour.

You will work with ProVisors network, use HubSpot and Orchestraight for notes and emails, and build trust with CPAs, M&A advisors, and wealth managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or professional services.
• Experience working with corporate advisors such as CPAs or attorneys.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platform.
• Proven ability to maintain high-volume relationships and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~500 HubSpot-scheduled 30-minute partner meetings per year.
• Log detailed notes the same day and generate follow-ups with Orchestraight.
• Onboard partners and guide them through the referral process.
• Enrich network relationships through thoughtful introductions.
