• 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Event Coordination, or Partner/Channel Marketing support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau for building basic reports.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for formatting partner lead lists and tracking budgets.
• Experience organizing digital assets, managing shared drives, or updating a PRM/CMS portal.
• Proven experience planning and executing corporate events, webinars, or large-scale meetings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Operations Support: Lead end-to-end lead upload for partner campaigns and events with clean data and accurate attribution.
• Data Hygiene: Audit campaign member statuses and partner accounts for leadership reporting.
• Content and Asset Coordination: Package and distribute global campaign-in-a-box kits for partners.
• Portal Management: Keep the Partner Portal organized and assets easily discoverable.
• Asset Support: Review partner-submitted materials for brand guideline alignment before publishing.
• Event Logistics Support: Coordinate timelines, registrations, and vendor communications for events.
• Budget Tracking and Support: Assist in global partner marketing budget processes and PO/voucher tracking.
