Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner organization, seeks a Manager, Strategic Partnerships based in the United States. The role focuses on expanding philanthropic support and advancing financial inclusion for underserved communities worldwide.

You will tailor outreach, develop compelling proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage donors, manage CRM records, and deliver impactful reports and events in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising or related field.
• Proven donor engagement strategies and relationship-building.
• Excellent writing/editing for proposals and reports.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• CRM and data proficiency, Salesforce experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop resources and engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital outreach and giving options.
• Organize virtual and in-person donor events.
• Ensure accurate gift documentation and donor tracking in CRM.
• Create impact-driven fundraising materials and reports.
• Monitor donor pipelines and measure fundraising progress.
• Analyze campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
