Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
• Experience in SaaS environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and complete implementations.
• Own client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor and improve client satisfaction and adoption metrics.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and report ROI.
