Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic partner relationships within the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role targets US-based candidates and focuses on successful implementations, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.

You will build scalable success programs, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data to improve account health and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience in employee benefits, HR tech, SaaS, or fintech.
• Proven track record managing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong background in leading complex implementations and onboarding programs.
• Ability to create scalable processes and playbooks for partner engagements.
• Data-driven approach to assessing account health and identifying trends.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse portfolio of strategic partner relationships.
• Develop tailored success plans and communication strategies for each partner.
• Oversee the partner implementation process from start to finish.
• Create standard onboarding frameworks and materials for various partnership models.
• Continuously refine onboarding processes based on performance data and feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure partner support and success.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
