Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships within client organizations.
• Act as a primary contact for assigned clients and address needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage client data across multiple CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Finance and Direct Sales to support client success.
• Utilize pricing and payment knowledge to optimize client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on processes, underwriting guidelines, and profitability analysis.
• Lead projects across the client lifecycle as needed.
• Support training of Associates and onboarding of merchant accounts.
