Zusammenfassung

Perseus Group in Remote US is seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager to own client relationships, oversee onboarding and delivery of complex SaaS projects, and ensure data compliance and timely upgrades.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, lead quarterly reviews, pursue renewal and upsell opportunities, and travel up to 25% as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in customer success or related roles are required; PMP and MLS experience are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of experience in customer success, account management and/or project management in SaaS
• Highly organized with strong presentation skills
• Willing to travel up to 25%

• Onboard and complete new client implementations within 90 days.
• Manage onboarding of data feeds for Clients with detailed goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure complete, on-time implementations.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing business results, client satisfaction and quality.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and measure satisfaction levels.
• Report on success metrics including ROI and opportunities for growth.
