Responsibilities

• Establish and improve the operating framework for the Partner Success COE across partner-led, subcontracted, and joint UKG-partner delivery.
• Define and maintain partner delivery methodologies, playbooks, governance models, and engagement criteria.
• Translate best practices into repeatable processes across products, regions, industries, and delivery models.
• Define roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and escalation paths among all stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve partner and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Learning and Enablement to build partner capability and readiness.
• Support enablement priorities with data from partner pipeline and product strategy.
• Shape the Partner Experience Center and digital enablement with AI tools and automation.
• Develop measurable COE outcomes and governance routines for leadership visibility.
• Lead change-management and communicate updates to internal teams and partners.
