The role drives governance, enablement, and digital tools, leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, partner readiness, and customer outcomes; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required.
• AI-fluency as demonstrated by past experience and/or certification.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Travel of up 25% may be required for this role.

Aufgaben

• Establish and continuously improve the operating framework for the Partner Success COE across partner-led, subcontracted, and joint UKG-delivery.
• Define and maintain partner delivery methodologies, playbooks, governance models, engagement criteria, and templates.
• Translate partner delivery best practices into repeatable processes for products, regions, and delivery models.
• Identify roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and escalation paths among teams and partners.
• Monitor delivery issues and opportunities to improve partner and customer outcomes.
