Concentrix seeks a Senior Partner Success Manager (Remote) to own a portfolio of partner-led engagements, driving adoption, value realization, and customer outcomes across a fast-growing AI-enabled services landscape.

You will maintain rigorous engagement governance, identify risks early, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and scalable operations. A Bachelor's degree and strong stakeholder influence are required.

Qualifications

• Own a high-volume portfolio of concurrent engagements (10–30).
• Demonstrated success managing metrics tied to customer outcomes.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex delivery and adoption challenges.
• Ability to interpret SOWs, delivery commitments, and success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements and be the accountable owner for outcomes, adoption, health, and value realization.
• Maintain weekly visibility into engagement scope, milestones, blockers, and health.
• Lead recovery efforts for at-risk accounts and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate transitions from sales to delivery and ongoing adoption phases.
• Drive quarterly business reviews with partners and executive stakeholders.
