Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Partner Delivery Manager to own and scale strategic relationships with global SI, consulting, and implementation partners, delivering transformative AI and CX solutions for enterprise customers.

You will shape partner adoption, scale, and operationalize agentic AI, driving governance, delivery reviews, and joint go-to-market motions across Success, Professional Services, Product, and Solution Engineering.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services.
Proven track record working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners to drive measurable customer outcomes.
Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models, implementation methodologies (SAFe Agile, waterfall), and project governance.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of strategic Parloa partners, building trusted relationships with partner executives and delivery managers.
Act as strategic advisor to partners on building and scaling their Parloa services practice, including delivery methodologies and go-to-market motions.
Guide partners through complex enterprise AI and CX transformation programs, monitor partner-led implementations, and manage risks and escalations.
Partner with Account Executives and Partner Managers on strategic deals, ensuring alignment between partners and internal teams.
Drive governance structures, success metrics, delivery reviews, and executive business reviews to scale Partner Success programs.
