Job summary

UserTesting, a leader in human insight, is seeking a Partner Sales Associate. This remote US role focuses on growing through our partner ecosystem, owning a quota, and developing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline from opportunity identification through close.

You will work with internal teams to craft joint strategies, demonstrate ROI, and expand our reach across target customers and markets. Travel 10–15% to support partner needs is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales, partner/channel sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience building productive relationships with partners and collaborating on opportunities that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Strong pipeline generation, qualification, and sales execution skills.
• Ability to develop joint account strategies and communicate ROI.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology; experience using Salesforce and Gong.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Identify joint sales opportunities and develop account strategies to expand reach.
• Own partner sales opportunities through the sales cycle using MEDDPICC.
• Collaborate with partners to develop proposals, demonstrate ROI, and position the value of the platform.
• Maintain engagement with partners; identify new buying centers and opportunities for expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support deal execution and a positive partner and customer experience.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in Salesforce and Gong.
