Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to grow and manage strategic partner relationships across the SMB market in the United States. You will build and amplify referral networks with tech, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate growth.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and travel to client sites. You will work in a fast-paced fintech environment, focusing on driving lead generation,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners in the SMB space
• Proven track record of success in quota-driven sales
• Highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Resilient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in field sales travel (3 days/week)

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and advisors in SMB
• Build strategic referral networks for lead generation and partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues
• Partner with Marketing to run joint initiatives (events, emails, webinars)
• Set business goals and metrics with partners to drive GTM and demand generation
