Job summary

Archera is hiring a Partner Platform Operations Manager to own the partner API, cloud marketplace administration, and revenue-share workflows across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will drive documentation, operational tooling, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and partners.

The role emphasizes process design, scalable documentation, and reducing manual workarounds while ensuring partner operations stay accurate and dependable as usage grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical operations, cloud, or FinOps roles.
• 3+ years working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on API support experience (keys, REST, versioning).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, Sales and Execs.
• Experience submitting bug reports/feature requests via Jira or similar.
• Fluency with LLM tools like Claude in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud marketplace administration across AWS, Azure, and GCP with onboarding, maintenance, accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as internal SME for the partner API and create scalable docs and support processes.
• Act as main contact for partner revenue-share processes and provide timely responses to Partners and Finance.
• Support daily purchasing and moneyback-guarantee execution, including backup coverage.
• Work with internal teams to identify tooling gaps and drive resolution over manual workarounds.
