Job summary

SWORD Health is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a portfolio of partner relationships. This is an individual-contributor role with direct accountability for how partnerships run day to day: configuration, billing, integrations, implementations, escalations, and account business reviews.

The right candidate will bring the operational rigor to manage complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships end to end, with judgment on when to resolve directly or escalate.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex operational workflows for external partners or clients: billing, integrations, data or file feeds.
• Ability to operate across ambiguity with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking foundations with clear, concise communication.
• High initiative and sound judgment to act without being directed.
• Proven track record building trust with external partners or customers.
• Direct accountability for external-facing partner relationships, not a one-time project.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution for an assigned partner portfolio: configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting.
• Lead implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners, coordinating internally to keep commitments on track.
• Run partner-level escalations to resolution, looping in other teams as needed.
• Own account/partner business review prep and delivery for your portfolio.
• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for partner stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to keep partnerships running smoothly and flag risk early.
