Job summary

Archera is a fully remote, United States–based Senior Technical Account Manager role focused on helping enterprise and mid-market customers maximize value from insured cloud commitments. You will lead post-sales technical relationships, guide FinOps strategies, and partner across AWS, Azure, and GCP with senior-level collaboration.

You will mentor peers, shape the TAM playbook as we scale, and engage with executives to align cloud economics with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Proven ability to translate cloud data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales technical relationship as the primary advisor across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Develop trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders and understand each customer's cloud architecture, financial objectives, and priorities.
• Monitor commitment coverage and utilization, delivering proactive optimization recommendations that maximize savings and minimize risk.
• Advise customers on multi-cloud commitment strategy and FinOps maturity and cloud governance.
• Translate cloud consumption data into executive-level business insights.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting utilization trends, realized savings, and opportunities to finance, engineering, and infrastructure leaders.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and insured commitments as environments grow.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve challenges and feed back for roadmap decisions.
• Mentor and support junior Technical Account Managers to establish best practices and scale the function.
