Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an operations generalist to own the partner intake and build the intake process, while serving as the central hub for partner experience. You will work with Finance, RevOps, Sales, Enablement, Product, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategy.

You will design new partner operations processes, stand up workflows, documentation, and data-driven improvements, and develop Claude-powered automations across operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking with 1–3+ years in operations or similar roles.
• Experience designing and improving large-scale operational processes.
• Hands-on experience creating AI workflows and running them at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own intake for new process requests, triage scope and prioritization.
• Design partner operations processes from zero to one with documentation and data-driven iteration.
• Build Claude-powered automations and AI workflows across partner operations.
• Lead cross-functional, high-priority operational projects with small teams.
• Oversee registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding data flows.
• Encode program policy in systems and maintain data hygiene for the partner truth.
• Create guidance for Partners Managers and Account Executives for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Enablement, Marketing, and RevOps to stay aligned.
• Measure service levels and report on volume, cycle time, and improvement areas.
