Job summary

Supabase is hiring a Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational backbone for Partnerships. You will design the tech stack, dashboards, and playbooks that scale deals, onboarding, and governance across teams.

You’ll work hands-on with AI-assisted development, build internal tools, and partner with exec leaders to shape strategic bets and ensure data hygiene across partner records and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner or revenue ops, capable of designing programs at scale.
• Ownership of a partner tech stack and data-driven reporting.
• Comfort presenting to execs; able to shape strategic plans and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Own partner tech stack end-to-end, attribution tooling, and partner portals.
• Design onboarding, tiering, and certification programs for partners.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and data pipelines to enable scale.
• Produce recurring partner-revenue reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to align on deals.
