Appfire, a global software company, is hiring a Senior Partner Program Operations Manager to power the operational engine behind our partner program. You will own systems, data, processes, and LMS administration to ensure smooth program execution—from portal access to compliance tracking and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in program operations, partner operations, channel operations, or related field in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build reports, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience administering partner portals, CRM systems, or PRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and loading, configuring, and tracking course content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple streams.
  • Comfortable managing support queues and resolving ambiguous partner issues.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with channel, marketing, sales, and technology teams.
  • Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Own tracking, reporting, and analysis of channel program metrics and OKRs for leadership visibility.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks showing partner engagement, adoption, and pipeline impact.
  • Proactively provide analysis and recommendations to improve program design and operations.
  • Define and refine KPIs with channel leadership as the program scales.
  • Track partner tier status, requirements, and advancement eligibility.
  • Monitor benefits usage and flag underutilization or anomalies for follow-up.
  • Coordinate portal provisioning and access changes for partners.
  • Support program compliance reviews and auditable administration.
  • Manage partner portal access, onboarding, and deprovisioning.
  • Ensure portal reflects current program status and partner tiering.
  • Collaborate with web/content teams to fix portal usability issues.
  • Manage the program support ticket queue and resolve partner inquiries.
  • Respond to internal and partner data requests with accurate reports.
  • Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
  • Monitor chatbot performance and identify content gaps for improvement.
  • Report on chatbot effectiveness and optimize to reduce support burden.
  • Load and configure courses in Appfire University LMS and track engagement.
  • Publish new courses and maintain LMS content calendar.
  • Generate regular insights on learning trends to inform enablement strategy.
  • Coordinate LMS content publication aligned to program launches.
