Job summary

Ammortal Inc is hiring a Partner Operations Manager to guide deals from commitment to activation, ensuring installations are ready, on time, and handed off smoothly to Partner Success. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to keep all stakeholders aligned and improve the fulfillment workflow.

In this role you will leverage HubSpot for the fulfillment pipeline, implement runbooks, and report on cycle time and gaps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, fulfillment, project coordination, or post-sale delivery.
• Experience owning cross-functional processes through influence.
• Ability to set and communicate firm dates with Sales and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deal handoff and terms: verify order, run kickoff, enforce pricing.
• Install readiness: manage site readiness, prerequisites, and scheduling.
• Activation and closeout: coordinate install logistics, invoicing, and sign‑offs.
• Process, systems, and reporting: maintain HubSpot workflows, runbooks, and cycle-time metrics.
• Partner with AI team on fulfillment tooling.
