Job summary

DOOR is seeking a Partner Operations & Success Manager to drive operational excellence across strategic B2B2C partnerships. You will own the partner lifecycle from evaluation through launch, working with Business Development, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

You will build scalable onboarding, lead pilots, establish SLAs and pricing, monitor performance, and ensure successful rollout and expansion with partners like Walmart, Amazon/Ring, Arlo, and Cove.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years in partner ops, account management, or customer success.
• Experience with large enterprise partners in retail/tech.
• Proven track from pilot to scaled operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational relationship with key B2B2C partners.
• Lead pilot programs and launch cross-functionally.
• Define service scope, SLAs, and pricing with stakeholders.
• Monitor partner performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding and enable scalable partner experiences.
