Acceleration Partners is seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for major client programs. You will identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnerships to drive measurable revenue growth, shaping recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies.

The role emphasizes proactive research, effective communication with partners, and ownership of strategy across the program.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Affiliate marketing background required; exposure to content partnerships, AEO, or retail media is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings, industry conferences, and events.

• Develop and execute partner growth strategies to drive revenue for client programs.
• Identify and recruit high-potential partners based on client needs.
• Manage day-to-day communications with top partners and report on performance.
