Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to drive co‑marketing with merchants across North America.

You will coordinate multi‑channel campaigns, build merchant relationships, and optimize programs to grow GMV, revenue, and user acquisition. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns across home, electronics, fashion, and other categories.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience developing plans and launching programs across multiple media channels.
• Knowledge of CPA/CPC/CPL/CPM models and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Analytical and data-driven with a proven ability to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day marketing relationships with merchant partners.
• Support campaign performance and optimize revenue, GMV, and ROAS.
• Analyze results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with media agencies, Growth Marketing, and Brand teams.
• Manage inbound RFPs and develop dedicated marketing plans.
