Job summary

Affirmer is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co-marketing initiatives with merchants across North America. You’ll plan and execute cross-channel campaigns across onsite placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels to drive GMV, revenue, and new user acquisition.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver impact, build merchant relationships, and optimize campaigns across industries including home, fitness, electronics, and fashion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner, performance, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience launching programs across multiple media channels.
• Familiar with CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM pricing models.
• Strong data analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate.
• Build merchant relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Support marketing strategy and performance for partner programs.
• Develop and optimize campaigns with media plans and creative briefs.
• Analyze performance and translate insights into recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams to improve execution and share learnings.
• Handle inbound RFPs and develop plans for prospective partners.
• Identify targets focused on acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup.
• Work with media agency and Growth Marketing on plans and briefs.
• Support budgeting, co-marketing calendar, compliance, and documentation.
• Contribute to vertical-specific strategies in North America.
