• Minimum 4+ years of relevant, client-facing work experience in consulting, customer success, or high-growth environments.
• Entrepreneurial relationship builder who handles complex, political situations calmly.
• Quantitatively oriented and data savvy, able to derive insights from large data sets.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort with fast-paced environments.
• Excellent team player who contributes and mentors others.
