VersiTech is seeking a Partner Growth Advocate to serve as a trusted strategic advisor, accelerating revenue growth and unlocking value for client portfolios. You’ll go beyond traditional account management, identifying opportunities and aligning internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Your success will be measured by revenue expansion, portfolio growth, and strategic engagement through client meetings and business reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in client management or sales, preferably in merchant services or POS solutions.
• Strong revenue generation and client engagement skills with a track record of growth within existing books of business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships with decision-makers.
• Lead weekly and bi-weekly client meetings.
• Act as a strategic escalation point for client challenges and maintain business continuity.
• Review client profitability and performance; discuss strategies to uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach across client touchpoints.
