Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a proactive Partner Account Manager to grow referral networks with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors across SMBs in the United States. You will build partnerships, drive new opportunities, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues and accelerate growth.

This role emphasizes independence, strong relationship skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining partnerships in SMB space
• Proven track record in quota-driven sales environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB
• Create strategic referral networks for lead generation and new partnerships
• Identify and resolve issues by collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales
• Establish business goals and metrics with partners to drive pipeline and revenue
