Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to expand referral networks with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors across SMBs in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and maintaining relationships with tech/HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB sales.
• Proven track record of quota-driven sales success
• Self-motivated, independent relationship builder
• Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments
• Resilient, resourceful, creative problem-solver
• Solutions-oriented, eager to solve partnership issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMB.
• Create strategic referral networks and partnerships for lead generation
• Identify and resolve issues by cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives (educational events, emails, webinars) to drive partner sales
• Set goals and metrics with partners to develop GTM and demand-gen activities
